Are you passionate about the care home sector, with experience in medical optimisation?  This could be your dream job.  This would suit a nurse or pharmacist who's used to working closely with care homes, or a tech partner who's used to onboarding care homes.  This is a rare opportunity to have a massive impact at one of the fastest growing UK pharmacies, with ambitious plans over the next 5 years to become the market leader in the care home sector.

As the successful Care Home Account Manager, you can work hybrid or remote, so that your work works for you.

What will give you the edge?
  • Experience in care sector, preferably as a medication technician or within roles related to medication optimisation, compliance, or quality assurance.
  • Strong SLA/KPI understanding, data analysis skills, and knack for driving performance.
  • Great communication, rapport-building skills, and strategic problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer support process development experience.
  • Passionate about enhancing healthcare and impacting patient and care provider lives positively.

You'll be a fantastic stakeholder manager, working closely with care providers to ensure that this cutting-edge UK pharmacy is 1st in class in supporting them.

The salary for this role is c£33k for the right candidate, plus the chance to work remotely with occasional travel to the office and to visit care providers.
