As the successful Care Home Account Manager, you can work hybrid or remote, so that your work works for you.

What will give you the edge?
  • Experience in care sector, preferably as a medication technician or within roles related to medication optimisation, compliance, or quality assurance.
  • Strong SLA/KPI understanding, data analysis skills, and knack for driving performance.
  • Great communication, rapport-building skills, and strategic problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer support process development experience.
  • Passionate about enhancing healthcare and impacting patient and care provider lives positively.

Your reward.
 
The salary for this role is c£33k for the right candidate, plus the chance to work remotely with occasional travel to the office and to visit care providers.
