Are you a seasoned professional in strategic management with a flair for delivering impactful projects? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Manager, overseeing our Capital Programme with a focus on regeneration and economic growth.

Role Summary: As a pivotal member of our Capital Delivery Service, you will spearhead the strategic direction and delivery of our Regeneration Programme. Your role will entail managing a team of project management experts, ensuring the successful execution of both capital and revenue projects aimed at fostering inclusive economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice and support within the realm of regeneration and economic development.
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Manage budgets effectively, evaluating competing priorities while maintaining financial integrity.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, representing our interests with finesse.
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in managing significant capital and revenue projects within economic development.
