We are looking for a driven individual to join the community care team in Cambridge, the team are long serving staff individuals that are excited to drive the business forward with a committed care consultant.

Our services are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The purpose of a Candidate Care Consultant role is to support a growing community care team, managing candidate attractions, onboarding and the administration of new and potential candidates. Ensuring there are enough, skilled, experienced workers that enable continuous growth and safety of the service. Ensure the high compliance requirements are met consistently and to contribute to the highest standards of quality and care provision.

The role will involve candidate attraction, which includes:

  • Posting and reviewing job adverts
  • Sourcing through job boards
  • Social media campaigns
  • Vetting and screening
  • Interviewing
  • Compliance process and checks 
  • Engaging with candidates for positive onboarding and employment journey

And also administration / compliance

  • Booking and support with training and continued professional development
  • Audit support and for full compliance 
  • Manage candidate queries
  • Payroll
  • Updating and using market leading systems, using a variety of technology platforms
  • Support team to identify gaps for recruitment
  • Ensure candidates are ready to work

You must have a clear understanding of responsibilities, risk surrounding confidentiality and safeguarding. Proven experience within care profession or similar – recruitment, administration, quality assurance is essential for this role.
