We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader take on a new challenge within a busy site in the Daventry area.
This is a unique company that deals with calls from social services, police or other departments when they need to arrange an appropriate adult.
As the team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all calls are handled correctly, the team have the resources they need and be the point of escalation if needed.
You will be using the phone, sending and receiving emails, reacting to needs and working with a planning board.
Its busy, fast paced and you need to think on your feet.
To be considered- you need to local to Daventry, have worked within a call centre environment as a supervisor or team leader.
Finally -you need to work the shift as this is set in stone.
