Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £25835.88 per annum
Job Description:Job Duties:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Updating customer information accurately in the database
- Following call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Meeting call handling targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good attention to detail
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a call centre environment preferred
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role in a call centre environment
- Shift work may be required
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting
