Salary: £25835.88 per annum

Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently
  • Updating customer information accurately in the database
  • Following call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Meeting call handling targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good attention to detail

Education:

  • Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a call centre environment preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role in a call centre environment
  • Shift work may be required
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting
