CAD Technician - Draughtsperson

Join a manufacturing company involved in high-tech luxury solutions as a CAD Technician - Draughtsperson.

Located at their rural office in Kirkbymoorside, you will need your own transport, and there is no opportunity for hybrid working.

THE JOB:
Working on bespoke and innovative solutions, this job is varied and involves:
- Producing high-quality 3D models and drawings using parametric modelling software such as Solid Works, On Shape or Inventor
- Working alongside sales, technical, design and manufacturing teams to deliver projects
- Extraction of data from 3D models for the preparation of BoM / Schedules
- Develop standard CAD libraries / content management
- Occasionally attend client and project site visits
- Support on the design direct of new products and solutions.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- CAD Technician within AutoCAD experience
- Proficient in parametric modelling software, Onshape preferred but similar experience considered
- Experienced in producing design packages through to construction detail and production drawings
- Self-motivated with good time management and ability to prioritise appropriately

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £26,000 - £28,000, dependent on experience
- 30 days holiday, including public holiday
- Pension
