Our client is a leading UK cabinet-making company of distinction with over 30 years’ experience. They specialise in beautiful hand-crafted cabinetry and furniture, designed, and built at their own dedicated premises in Daventry. The business provides bespoke kitchens, utility rooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms and ensuites, home offices and free-standing cabinets to both residential and commercial customers, particularly in the healthcare sector. Their traditional techniques continue to stand the test of time.

About the Role:

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Worker to join a busy team making bespoke furniture for domestic and commercial properties.

Applicants need to have at least 5 years' experience of working with high-end and bespoke cabinet making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all aspects of cabinet making and joinery with precision
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate clearly and support colleagues as needed
  • Manage workload efficiently, adhering to schedules
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards and attention to detail
  • Interpret designs and drawings accurately
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols

Working Hours:

  • Work hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Early Finish Fridays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Opportunities for overtime when available
