Recruit4Staff are pleased to be working alongside their prestigious client in their search for a Buying Administrator to work in their leading facility in West Bromwich.

For the successful Buying Administrator we are offering:

  • Pay rate of up to £13 per hour
  • Days based role 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Temp - Perm position
  • Friendly working environment
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension scheme

The Role - Buying Administrator:

  • Managing approved supply base, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
  • Placing materials orders with the approved suppliers
  • Providing clear supply chain communication both internally & externally
  • Managing raw material inventory
  • Identifying issues with any paperwork 

What we are looking for in a Buying Administrator:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong Admin skills are essential
  • IT Literate
  • Good numerical skills
  • Experience working within a busy & varied Administration role within a Manufacturing/Production environment
