Business Travel Administrator
Our client, a leading global TMC is seeking a Business Travel Administrator to join their team looking after a high profile account. The role is ideally hybrid at their central London offices with a salary of up to £35,000. They are looking for an experienced administrator within business travel who is proficient in Sabre GDS.
Business Travel Administrator duties:
- Manage the VIP team inbox, clearing emails and assigning confirmation emails to respective agents
- Resend confirmations and merge complex itineraries as needed
- Handle ticketing, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
- Create and manage invoices in native Sabre
- Book domestic and European rail travel
- Hotel group blocks, and ancillary services like car parking and meet & greet
- Prepare detailed room manifests for hotel group bookings and set up billbacks
- Request and organise hotel folios and receipts
- Run reports and manage queues in Sabre
- QC PNRs to ensure bookings have seats and passport details
Business Travel Administrator skills required
- 5+ years of experience in travel administration, with a focus on VIP or corporate travel
- Proficient in Sabre, specifically with native entries and invoicing
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, refunds, and exchanges
- Experience with domestic and European rail bookings
- Ability to manage complex hotel group bookings and prepare room manifests
- Proficient in booking ancillary travel services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

- Monday to Friday, ideally hybrid, 2 days in a central London office
