We are delighted to be working with an established Bristol based firm that is recruiting an exceptional Finance Director. 

This role is ideal for a finance professional with previous outsourcing experience, who can work proactively and collaborate confidently with others.

Responsibilities of the Business Services Finance Director will include:
  • Proactively manage tasks while fostering collaboration with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and highlight opportunities for improving service delivery and expanding offerings to clients.
  • Lead and oversee international accounting projects across various countries.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects.
  • Mentor, develop, and recruit staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

The successful Business Services Finance Director will:
  • Be ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Have prior experience of working in practice accounting.
  • Have experience in staff management and development.
  • Have experience of managing a range of projects and project teams simultaneously.
