Job Purpose:
The role will work as part of the Business Execution Team (within Markets COO) covering the Markets Capital Task Force team within Counterparty Trading & Risk (CTR). The Business Execution team of three will be responsible for managing of the relevant work streams to support the global Markets Capital Task Force in delivering their targets.

Markets Capital Task force is co-led by In-Business Market Risk & XVA teams. The XVA desk is responsible for the pricing and subsequent risk management of derivatives trades including the use of credit, funding and capital. The In-Business Market Risk team is responsible for market risk across asset classes. As part of both teams' mandate to facilitate business and manage return on capital, the desks need Front Office staff focused specifically on capital for Markets.

What you will do :
This role will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the tracking and reporting progress on workstreams and targets with Business across Markets
  • Analysis and aggregation of data sets
  • Preparing and updating required senior presentations
  • Coordinating rollout of new tools and dashboards
  • Supporting workstreams to deliver specific outcomes
What we need from you :
  • Significant relevant experience required in markets products from transformation, finance or middle office
  • Financial literacy with markets products via previous experience required
  • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and formulas
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated detailed analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability
  • Demonstrable team skills both within and across teams
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management skills a plus
  • Numerate Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
