Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst - 12 month FTC

Sanderson is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Insight & Analytics team of a leading national organisation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding the organisation's information needs and supporting various business functions.

Duties:

• Develop and deliver high-quality, visually appealing Tableau dashboards that drive informed business decisions. while also contributing to the management of the Tableau server.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and contribute to driving business improvements.
• Support the Insight & Analytics team throughout the entire lifecycle of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to delivery.
• Ensure effective communication with data developers to accurately reflect requirements in the data warehouse.

Desired Experience:

• Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools to create insightful, actionable dashboards and perform meaningful data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, along with coding abilities in R, Python, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in gathering stakeholder requirements and presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record in managing the full analytics project lifecycle.
• Ability to adapt and collaborate within a multi-capability team across various projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and awareness of UX principles.
