Job Description:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and business development initiatives
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Agency team to optimise client relationships
  • Help in the preparation of pitches and presentations
  • Coordinate events and manage client communications
  • Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Marketing & Agency department

Profile

A successful Business Development and Marketing Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Strong understanding of professional services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role would be a plus
