A growing business is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acquiring new business within the private healthcare sector
  • Travelling to client meetings
  • Creating a strong network within the private care sector
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with:
  • Previous B2B experience in a recruitment or telesales role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results driven, always pushing to ensure targets are met or exceeded
