Labels and Print Salesperson

We are currently looking for a Labels and Print Salesperson to join our team based in Cheadle, Staffordshire. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Established in 1979, Tungate Labels is a leading provider of labels and print management solutions. With over 40 years of industry expertise, we have grown to employ over 70 dedicated professionals. Our sales team, though small, is highly successful and plays a pivotal role in driving our business forward.

About the Labels and Print Salesperson role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team. Business development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio, with a focus on labels, including digital and high-performance labels suitable for challenging environments plus other products that you have experience of.

Key responsibilities as our Labels and Print Salesperson:

• Identifying and pursuing opportunities and to sell to new clients.
• Understanding print and label brokering
• Servicing existing clients circa £400,000 and maintain strong relationships with them as well as growing existing work.
• Providing expert advice on label solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborating with the sales director to develop sales strategies and meet targets.

Our ideal Labels and Print Salesperson will have:

• Strong knowledge of labels, particularly digital and high-performance labels.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Remuneration:

• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and will include a competitive base salary plus an excellent commission.
• Company car or allowance.
