Business Development Manager

West Yorkshire - Office and Field Based

Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (£80-100k OTE) + Car / Car Allowance

Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our clients security solutions division. Our client is committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions to the construction industry.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting key prospects within the construction industry
  • Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understanding client needs and proposing tailored security solutions
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Providing ongoing support and customer service to clients

Requirements of a Business Development Manager:

  • Have developed and maintained key relationships with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors
  • Experience selling CCTV or security solutions into the construction industry
  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • A deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • A results-driven approach and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
