Location: Loughborough

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Salary: £50,000+ (plus Car Allowance.)

Metalis are partnering with one of the UKs premier metalworks and manufacturing businesses in supporting their sear for a Business Development and Estimation Manager. This is a new role for the company and will be integral to the next phase of their growth.

This role would suit a candidate from an engineering background passionate about winning new business, building a successful sales team & develop existing relationships with clients to grow accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and train a high performing sales team.
  • Providing detailed quotations for new orders
  • Manage the sales cycle process increasing lead generation, arranging appointments, negotiating and closing.
  • Working in conjunction with the projects/engineering team for progress updates.
  • Develop and present engaging project proposals.
  • Implement & Monitor Sales KPI's ensuring stretch targets are achieved.
  • Keep in regular contact with key clients and understanding their requirements.

Ideal Experience:

  • Good understanding of Steelwork.
  • A proven track record of new business development.
  • An impressive leader able to develop junior team members.
  • Strong time management skills able to manage own workload.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Must have a valid UK Driving licence.

Shifts & Salary

£50,000+ Car Allowance

Monday to Friday
