My client is an exciting 3 year old start up that is a venue hire platform for community spaces. They match playgroups, scout troops, coffee mornings, yoga nights and everything in between, to their ideal venue of choice depending on their requirements. 
  
They are an "impact" business, passionate about growing for the "greater good". They are on a mission to make under-utilised spaces vibrant centres of community and connection. 
  
We are looking to recruit their next Business Development Manager to drive growth in signing up schools, places of worship and community centres to their platform. These venues provide the bookable community spaces which local people can discover on their platform. 
  
Based out of their North London office in an autonomous and hybrid working environment, they are looking for a "values" lead business development manager. Using a super consultative approach whilst utilising their passion for helping to grow local communities to engage with venue managers and owners, to deliver their solution to enable them to grow their under utilised venue space. 
  
You will be happy working in a lightning fast, high-growth startup environment, where you will be focused on outbound sales calling, but will also have opportunities to visit venues in person, present demos and attend conferences.
  
They are not looking for a "point and shoot"/"numbers game" type. They are looking for a personable, friendly. charismatic and caring salesperson that wants to enable venues for the community that are under utilised to realise their full potential 

They are open on experience, however a sales track record  with a collaborative and very consultative approach is a must
