Business Development Manager - South West - Broking/Insurance

The Client:

We are currently working with a long standing and respected insurance provider who are looking to recruit a Business development Manager to join their rapidly expanding business. This important hire will enable the business to continue their expansive growth plans within the South West. You will work with autonomy to gain new business and help the company to achieve their growth target. This is a chance for someone with excellent relationship management skills to join a reputable company.

The Opportunity:

The main aim of the role is to help the company in achieving their desired growth and in return you will be rewarded financially, with recognition and any support you need in order to fulfill your personal goals. There is an opportunity to earn bonus based on your individual performance in this role. You will be based in the field, but should expect to spend a majority of the time visiting brokers in the South West & South Wales area.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

Experience within a similar role within Insurance is essential as is the ability to be able to identify, secure and convert sales leads. You will have a demonstrable background in generating new business and being able to build relationships with brokers to maximise opportunities.
