Seeking a strong Business Development Manager within the perfume/fragrance space to join a start up organisation to spearhead the growth of their fragrance business and working in a pivotal role to identify new opportunities to partner with high end retailers, foster key partnerships and maximise sales.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Define and implement an effective sales strategy to drive product penetration and presence within core high end retailers
  • Identify opportunities product placement, promotions and brand visibility to enhance market share and sales
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue, growth and market share
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics and report on business performance and areas for improvement

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone seeking to work with an exciting new product with the network and passion to drive sales within high end retailers. Well established contacts with retail buyers in the likes of Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols will be key to driving success in the role.

Core skills:

  • Proven track record of success in business development sales or roles within the fragrance industry
  • Strong understanding of the fragrance market dynamics, consumer behaviours and industry trends
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective business place
  • Results oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets
