We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join a growing team in a nationwide company who are leaders in their industry, a company that really take care of their staff and offer fantastic training and opportunities to progress and develop.

Communication for this role is extremely important, we are looking for someone who is able to build and maintain customer relationships.

A background in Sales is a must for this one as your role with involve selling the company products to clients, finding business opportunities, and getting them onboard.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm. This is a fully remote position; you will be required to be out in the field for client visits at least 2 days a week.

The overall salary for this role is paying around £28,500 with an OTE of up to £33,000. What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Responsible for new business within an assigned area.
  • Spending time pursuing leads with key decision makers.
  • Work with our partners within their territory.
  • Use data and our CRM system to record all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
  • Represent the company brand during all prospect and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Client Success, and Customer Operations teams to best serve customers, delivering outstanding service levels.
  • Monitor company competitors, products, and market conditions.
  • Represent company at localised events to build your sales pipeline.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive or Customer Service Advisor, preferably within a similar sector.
  • Proven experience of face-to-face sales.
  • Adaptable communication skills and have well developed sales skills.
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Experience of working with standard business software such as MS Office, Excel, CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce) and video communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc).
