I am looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team. The role involves supporting our Sales and Marketing functions by converting leads into sales opportunities, providing insights based on feedback from leads, and helping to shape future initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that inspires organisations globally to reach their true potential.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Actively engage with leads generated through various marketing channels to understand their needs and offer potential solutions.
  • Communicate with teams across the business to gather information and share insights.
  • Ensure leads are properly informed about the USPs of the relevant product(s).
  • Monitor inbound channels to identify opportunities and optimise follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
