Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client based in Luton.

Previous sales experience is ideal. However, full product training will be given to candidates with no previous sales experience, who are keen to build a career in internal sales, lead generation and developing business.  

This role could also be an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, looking to take their first step in building a successful career in sales.

Essential Skills / Appitude:

  • Must have a real interest in going into sales/business development and forging a successful career in sales
  • Previous telesales, lead generation, upselling or pro-active customer advisory experience is ideal
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • A strong communicator both verbally and written
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • IT Literate
  • Good rapport building skills mainly on the phone.

Full Product training given!

Hours: Monday to Friday role. Office hours.  One hour lunch. 20 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) rising with length of service

Salary: Basic up to £26,000 pa + realistic OTE /commission to £32,000 pa
