Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Business Development Executive to work at their facility in Newtown. 

For the successful Business Development Executive client is offering:

  • £24,000 to £30,000 DOE 
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, early finish at 3pm on Friday
  • Permanent role 
  • Training and development opportunities 

The role – Business Development Executive: 

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities and developing existing customer base.
  • Build partnering relationships to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop relationships with key accounts so that clear communication lines are open.
  • External visits to customer as required.
  • Helping to develop new business, ensuring potential clients are aware of what our business has to offer.
  • Raising Sales Orders, check stock availability and raising quotations.
  • Responding to non-sales queries such as order progression update, transport queries, incorrect/missing items etc.

What our client is looking for in a Business Development Executive:

  • Can build strong relationships quickly with a proactive attitude and approach.
  • Thrives off working to targets and KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication & computer skills.
  • You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way.
