Administrator
Our client, a well-established leading building contractor, have an excellent opportunity for a Administrator to join their growing business. With offices based in Verwood, they provide accredited building services to clients throughout the corporate, commercial and public sectors.
The role will be a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrator to join the team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Head of Business Development & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and ideally experience in the construction industry.
Duties to include:
- Deliver PQQ responses to prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise
- Develop the information library for PQQ/Tenders of pre-approved responses to ensure a consistent and professional image in all interactions
- Write standard response answers for the team, enhancing the quality and efficiency of the tender process
- Ensure the timely completion of all necessary information to facilitate the yearly renewal of company accreditations.
- Maintain our Business Management System (BMS). Ensuring documents are up to date and folders are tidy
- Organise all documents on the Company SharePoint and Simpro
- Complete onboarding processes for new tender portals
- Update relevant information on existing portals
- Occasionally attend networking/conference events
Ideal candidate:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- It would be advantageous if you have experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
