What is the role?

We work with a number of Independent Financial Adviser firms (IFAS), Mortgage and Protection firms across the south west on a B2B who work alongside us to sell Vitality to their end clients.

The opportunity here is working alongside our successful business consultants to provide admin and support with these firms on a Business to Business basis.

Do I need any experience?

  • Experience within a customer service role is preferable but not essential
  • Ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
  • Adaptable to change
  • Enjoy working collaboratively to support your team and wider teams within the department
  • Ability to prioritise workload and take ownership
  • Customer focused, enjoys building professional working relationships in a business-to-business environment
  • Computer literate

Do you have a positive attitude, are you a people person and would you like to work with individual brokers and companies helping them be more successful?

What are the earnings?

Income is negotiable subject to previous experience.

There is a basic starting salary of up to £24k, in addition there are monthly and quarterly bonuses and agreed expenses.

A guaranteed income can be negotiated based on evidenced previous earnings.

We provide Private Medical Insurance for the whole team.

Complimentary laptop and phone provided to all Business Consultants.

Where is the location?

This will be a remote-based role, with the expectation to get on the road and see businesses face-to-face.

What is the recruitment process and what are the next steps?

Step 1

Successful applicants will be asked to complete a Questionnaire.

Step 3
Successful applicants will be invited to a teams call with one of our Business Consultants.

Step 4
A face to face meeting with one of our Business Consultants.

Step 5
Meeting with MD/ Business Owner.

The above process can be finalised in a maximum of 7-10 days with successful applicants.
