Business Change Lead – Central Nottingham / Hybrid
£40,000 - £50,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits

This profitable and growing organisation require a Business Change Lead, who has a proven track record of building change capabilities through change delivery. As Change Lead, you will work as part of an established team to drive a culture of change, working with stakeholders across the business to embed, adopt and improve change across all change elements.

This Business Change role will require you to work effectively with Continuous Improvement and Project Management teams, initially contributing to the largest change piece the organisation’s history. A background of working in sectors such as insurance, finance, legal, accounting etc, would be beneficial.

The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2 days per week in their central Nottingham office.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of change management projects
  • Identifying change adoption strategies and solutions
  • Educate business teams on the benefits of change, encouraging adoption across the business.
  • Scoping out the approach and producing plans for stakeholders
  • Production of clear and detailed business cases which capture the change objective.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels

Requirements:
  • Change delivery experience.
  • Experience of full transformation life cycles.
  • Change management / programme management qualifications desirable.
  • Consultancy approach to change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience within a professional services business would be desirable.
  • Experience of running programmes and projects which introduce change to different business functions i.e. IT, Finance, HR etc.
