Business Analyst

This fast-paced nationally recognised healthcare business is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team on a long-term FTC basis. The business offer hybrid working and strong career opportunities. The Business Analyst role will involve working on finance projects and finance improvements

Your duties will include:

• Running workshops such as discovery sessions etc. Understanding as is processes, and translate these into process maps and standard operating procedures
• Drive change initiatives by communicating proposed changes, providing training and support to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transition to new processes
• Supporting with data cleansing processes, data migration and testing processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and policies

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience of working within a finance function
• Experience of the application of Business Analysis methods and tools
• Experience in process design
• Experience of consulting activities and techniques including facilitating stakeholder groups
