Business Analyst - London Market / Commercial Insurance

Our client is a trailblazer in the insurance technology sector, reshaping the tech landscape of commercial insurance and reinsurance.

Their solutions enable insurers to navigate today's challenges and embrace digital transformation to improve the way they work.

As a Business Analyst you'll work closely with the Product Management team, and spearhead the development of innovative propositions for commercial underwriters.

You will get to

  • Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications for new and existing features.
  • Analyze and present solutions to complex commercial insurance software functions.
  • build relationships clients in the London market insurance sector
  • Design system processes for new functionality.
  • Communicate key insights and market developments to the product team.
  • Look at areas for improvements to deliver better value to customers.
  • Develop your skills and understanding of the London insurance market through learning off experts in this field as well as working with a range of clients

Requirements and Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, preferably within the insurance industry, particularly in Property & Casualty, Marine, or Non-life insurance.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations within Lloyd's of London or specialty insurance etc
  • Full lifecycle business / systems analysis skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Experience in mentoring and managing teams

The role requires 3 days a week in the London office and offers a competitive salary with strong benefits.
