An award winning construction consultancy are keen to appoint a driven Building Surveyor to their office in Plymouth.

The Building Surveyors' role

The appointed Building Surveyor will undertake a multifaceted role that includes traditional building surveying services along with aspects of project management.

The role covers a variety of sectors such as education, residential, defence, and conservation.

This position offers the Building Surveyor the chance to engage in teamwork on larger projects as well as the autonomy to manage smaller schemes independently, with project values ranging from £50k to £2m.

This opportunity is ideal for a Building Surveyor who thrives in both collaborative and individual work settings, offering a diverse and enriching professional experience.

The Building Surveyor

  • A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Either on APC pathway or keen to make a start
  • A driven and enthusiastic individual
  • Previous consultancy experience is desired
