A renowned property consultancy is seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to enhance their Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyor role

The Building Surveyor will handle diverse professional tasks, including managing dilapidations, conducting schedules of condition, overseeing contract administration, and performing thorough building surveys.

Furthermore, the role entails project management responsibilities, particularly in the commercial sector. This includes directing projects related to hospitality, refurbishments, and new constructions, with project values reaching up to £70m.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to make a significant impact within a leading consultancy, known for its vibrant work culture and dedication to professional development.

The Building Surveyor

  • A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Either Chartered with MRICS or on the APC pathway
  • Consultancy experience is preferred
