Building Surveyor
A renowned, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy situated in London is on the hunt for a Building Surveyor to become a key member of their team.
The Building Surveyor's role
In the role of Building Surveyor, you will undertake a variety of projects with values up to £1M, which include window replacements, contract administration, and specification writing across several sectors such as private residential, education, public sector residential, healthcare, and commercial.
As the chosen Building Surveyor, you will be afforded opportunities for self-development and a limitless career trajectory potentially leading to Directorship. You will also be instrumental within the team, coordinating projects and guiding junior Surveyors.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent experience
- RICS accredited degree (preferably Building Surveying)
- 3+ years of consultancy or private practice experience
- Good private residential market understanding
- Client facing with 'soft skills'
- Confident in running projects
