Building Surveyor
A leading Milton Keynes-based property consultancy are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team within a people focused partnership. Whilst not critical, client relationship experience and business development skills are a bonus and will be encouraged. Training will be offered as part of your ongoing professional development.
The successful Building Surveyor's duties include but are not limited to dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence, contract administration of construction or fit out projects, building pathology, condition surveys and measured surveys.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS qualified ideally
- 3+ years of Building Consultancy experience
- RICS degree educated
- Client focused and commercially minded
- Excellent time management skills
- Collaborative approach and good teamwork
- Strong knowledge of dilapidations and party wall
