This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent consultancy who provide their multidisciplinary services across all sectors with offices based in London. They are on the lookout for an established BREEEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team.

Role responsibilities include:

• Carrying out BREEAM Assessments from project inception to completion, as well as providing consultancy services and technical support.
• Work alongside the design team and clients to meet key sustainability objectives as well as taking the lead on a range of BREEAM projects.
• Providing advice to clients and design team to ensure cost-effective ways of achieving BREEAM targets.
• Advise clients on how to make sure they meet BREEAM scores and compliance requirements.

Requirements for the role include:

• Relevant degree within a sustainability or environmental science field
• Ideally have a BREEAM AP or NC accreditation with relevant experience within a BREEAM Assessor or Sustainability Consultancy role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BREEAM AP certification would be desirable
• Experience across a range of sectors such as residential and commercial would be beneficial
