Personnel Selection are pleased to be representing this Andover based client who are currently recruiting for a Breakdown Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. 

•Working Hours – 0830 – 1730 hours - 1 hour lunch break

We are looking for a candidate with engineering knowledge, ideally having worked with boilers or chillers previously. 

You should also be computer literate and able to work in fast-paced environment and be adept at managing complex service enquiries. 

Previous experience in service planning and scheduling would be of great interest! 

The Breakdown Manager will be responsible for logging all of the breakdowns that come in to the email box and called directly into the office in the service system. 

You will then communicate with the customers to triage the issues and/or try to resolve over the phone. Any works required will be booked in with the resource planner and you should discuss the nature of the issue witht he engineering team. 

Solid exposure within an engineering environment is required, so that you are able to understand the roots of any issues and how they would be best resolved.
