My client is part of a wider Education Group, a network of specialist education recruitment agencies that cover the North and the Midlands. Established in 2006, by qualified teachers and experienced education recruitment consultants, they have a wealth of knowledge underpinning their processes to ensure they understand the needs of our clients and candidates.

My client has developed very close working relationships with schools in Yorkshire, East Midlands and the North East Region fulfilling a wide spectrum of resource needs. They understand that all schools and individuals are different so they always build up a good understanding of requirements, which in turn enables us to send the right supply staff with the right skills.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging between £21,000 - £23,200 per annum. You will also have the opportunity to earn up to £500 in bonus three times a year (January, April, July).

Responsibilities:

As a Branch Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Writing compelling job adverts to attract qualified teachers and teaching assistants in the education sector.
  • Utilising various job boards such as Indeed, CV Library, and Reed to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for positions within the primary and secondary school settings.
  • Registering and managing part-time and full-time candidates in alignment with the specific needs of our active users.
  • Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager to achieve weekly targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write engaging job adverts and communicate effectively with candidates.
  • Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, CV Library, and Reed.
  • Experience in screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.
  • Driving Licence

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 4.30pm term time.

Reporting:

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
