Bookkeeper/Management Accountant (Full or Part-time, Isle of Wight)
Our client, a successful, well established family owned furniture and homeware retail business are seeking a Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join their team in Sandown, Isle of Wight.
They are looking for someone to deal with monthly management accounts preparation, bookkeeping and payroll processing and duties will include the following:-
- Payroll processing, including calculation of commissions and incentives
- Payroll journals and control account reconciliation
- Monitoring sales ledger control account API linked to till software
- Purchase ledger invoice and payment posting, reconciled to statements
- Purchase order to purchase invoice matching, including stock entry
- Producing supplier payment summaries on a weekly basis for management to pay
- Bank account reconciliations
- Cash control account operation
- Petty cash tin operation, both physically and postings within software
- Stock movement journals
- VAT return processing
You will ideally have previous management accounts, bookkeeping and payroll experience in a professional environment, with a good working knowledge of Xero.
They would consider someone either full or part-time.
