Our client based in central Croydon are looking for a Temporary Bookings Clerk, to work in a Customer Service Department, dealing with inbound and outbound calls, making and amending appointments / bookings. This is a busy environment, so you will need to be comfortable in working with a high volume of telephone calls. You will receive full training for this role. Ideally if you have worked in a similar role before then this would be advantageous.

The days whilst training will be Monday to Friday but once fully trained you will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday. (inclusive)

Tuesday to Friday the hours will be 9am to 5pm and Saturdays you will finish at 4pm. Monday will be a day off in lieu.

You will have excellent customer services skills, along with good IT abilities. You will have the ability to pick up and grasp new tasks both quickly and effectively.

You will live in Croydon or surrounding areas, all within commutable travelling distance.

Also you will need a basic DBS, we may be able to undertake one for you, but ideally you will already have a recent one in place.
