Are you an experienced Boatbuilding professional looking for a new challenge? A market-leading Superyacht Tender company based in Southampton is seeking skilled individuals to join their expanding build teams. With a growing order book and multiple custom projects underway, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company

As a Boatbuilding professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in composite works, including laminating, bonding, vac bagging, cutting, and trimming, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality superyacht tenders.

Working accurately to drawings and demonstrating excellent attention to detail, you will be responsible for dry fitting and installing composite components using jigs, levels, and scribing to ensure precise and high-quality results.

In addition to your expertise in composite works, experience with interior work, upholstery, joinery, woodworking, teak decking, and glass fitment would be highly desirable.

The ability to work alone or as part of a larger team, along with good communication skills, will be essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time position with the option of a 40-hour or 42.5-hour contract, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The operation is open 6.30am-6pm if all hours are completed Monday to Thursday then there is the option to take Fridays off!
