Billing Manager

Media Agency | Central London | Hybrid | 8 Month Contract | 40 - 45K

A forward-thinking, leading creative Advertising Agency is looking for a biller to join their dynamic team on a 8 month contract.

This is a newly created role with a strong potential to turn into permanent for the right person.

Billings Manager - The Role

  • Oversee the end-to-end media billing process, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and collection
  • Collaborate with media planners, buyers, and account managers to ensure accurate and timely billing for all client campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records of billing activities, including client contracts, billing schedules, and payment terms
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management on billing performance and financial metrics

Biller - The Person

  • Experience in media billing, WIP billing or a similar financial role within the advertising industry

  • Ability to work across multiple clients/companies

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
