Billing Clerk
Please note: This role is FULLY OFFICE BASED - please do not apply if you are looking for hybrid or remote work.
As a billing clerk at our Leighton Buzzard Finance office, you will be responsible for producing sales invoicing data and analysis reports. Also producing cost management reports routinely and on a request basis. You will also assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, and invoicing of weekly and monthly billing.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce sales invoicing Data and Analysis reports, and cost management reports
- Invoicing of weekly and monthly billing
- Develop and maintain own skills to facilitate current good business practice and achievement of business objectives
- Open new accounts on Sage
- Issue additional sales invoices and credit notes weekly and monthly
Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- Excellent Excel skills, and a good working knowledge of Outlook and Sage
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Good team player and able to work on your own initiative.
- Relevant experience in operational and accounts environments
- A great eye for detail
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 Hours
