We are looking for an adaptable and dynamic individual to join a finance team working within the Billing & Renewals division. You will be responsible for managing the Annual recurring revenue, which will include accurate reporting, business intelligence and insightful actionable output to their functional and market teams.

Our client is a large-scaled business that operates within the technology and telecoms sector. They have a significant presence in the UK market, providing the latest software solutions to a variety of industries.
Description
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive the renewal of contracts to existing customers
- Obtain reports of expected renewals and cross check information
- Liaise directly with end user where appropriate
- Proactively provide quotations for existing support renewals
- Produce timely and accurate quotations based on requirements
- Form, develop and maintain customer relationships and be an effective point of contact
Profile
You will need to show:
- Proven experience in a Billing role
- Ability to interpret and analyse data - strong ability to work with large volumes of data and present complex information in a clear, logical, and concise way
- Work well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Be an excellent communicator
- Strong experience of using excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
- Experience of using Salesforce is advantageous
- Good attention to detail
