Bid Administrator - £25,000 - £35,000 - London or Oxford

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication abilities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative Architectural company. They will look at someone who can go to the London or Oxford office.

Ideally they would like someone with 1-2 years experience however they would look at someone who is a recent Graduate to step into there first Bids position.

Job Description:

As a Bid Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our bid management process. You will be responsible for coordinating the administrative tasks associated with bid submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to our success in securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate bid-related activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and managing deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of bid documents, correspondence, and submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and ensure bid compliance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support bid development and strategy.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of bid templates, databases, and other resources.
  • Communicate bid-related information internally and externally as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in bid administration, proposal coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of bid processes and procurement regulations (preferred).
