The Role:

Responsibilities Include:
* Leading the design and ongoing enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards, collaborating with various teams to ensure they align with business objectives. This is your opportunity to enhance your project management and collaborative skills while aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
* Staying ahead of industry curves by continuously updating yourself with the latest in data visualization technologies and Power BI developments to keep practices current and effective.
* Leading educational efforts for end-users, boosting your training and communication skills as you help others understand and leverage new BI tools to drive business efficiency and decision-making.
* Optimizing the performance of BI tools and systems, improving your technical acumen in system efficiency and problem-solving.
Assuring the integrity and accuracy of integrated data, refining your skills in data management and quality assurance, ensuring that data remains a reliable foundation for business insights.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced data modeling, DAX, and sophisticated report design.
* Expertise in data manipulation and transformation using PowerQuery, M formula language, and SQL.
* A thorough understanding of best practices in data visualization and the integration of complex data sources into user-friendly systems.
