The Role:
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support primary-aged students with challenging behaviour in schools across Bromley. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and families to implement effective behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with challenging behaviour, implementing tailored behaviour plans.
• Collaborate with school staff and external agencies to develop and review behaviour management strategies.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and reports to stakeholders.
• Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with primary-aged students with challenging behaviour.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are desirable.
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
