Introduction:
Our well-established rooftop bar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar / General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining profitability, and overall success of the establishment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar / General Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of bar operations and best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, training, and supervision of employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maintain profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the bar remains competitive
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the owner or management team to set goals and achieve targets for the bar
