Royal Educare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults with Additional Learning Needs Support Worker to join our growing team.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized support to adults with additional learning needs in their daily lives.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals.
  • Encourage independence, build self-confidence, and promote social inclusion.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working with adults with additional learning needs (essential).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong sense of empathy, patience, and understanding.
  • A commitment to promoting independence and dignity.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
