B2B Business Development Manager
- Based in Hertfordshire (must be a car driver so you can drive to your meetings!)
- One day wfh, 4 days in the office
- Must genuinely LOVE sales and building relationships
- Up to £40k basic + commission
We are looking for a talented Sales candidate to join the head office of a well known brand in Hatfield. Their products are loved by everyone that tries them - and they are stocked in outlets all over the UK and this role will be a B2B focused BDM role.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and growing new business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Generating your own quality leads through research
• Cold-calling potential new business
• Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM system to ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date
• Organising and following-up on product samples sent to customers
• Account management
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of products
• Keeping up-to-date with our latest marketing campaigns and product launches
• Attending regular sales meetings to discuss your accounts
• Attending industry exhibitions and events
