Overview

To contribute to the effective placement and servicing of global aviation risks. Responsible for producing and processing pre-inception and post-placement documentation, processing premium, credit control and file management. External liaison with clients, (re)insurers and Xchanging together with close collaboration with Account Executives, Placing Brokers and IBA team.

Duties to include

  • Timely and accurate production of Evidence of Covers, Debit Notes and Endorsements.
  • Review documents at key stages to ensure accuracy and completeness for subsequent processing
  • Premium Processing of OP/AP and RP
  • Generates the correct market closing documentation and submit premium to the company market and Xchanging
  • Manage premium payment and pursue the receipt of funds from Clients to ensure settlement terms/PPWs are met.
  • Investigate and reconcile unallocated cash.
  • Identifies and manages client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment
  • Ensure all activity is accurately recorded and meets company best practice and legal regulatory standards.

Candidate profile

  • Experience within a Lloyds market business, either broker,(re)insurer or MGA.
  • Exposure to aviation insurance products.
  • A team working ethic
  • Desire to learn and develop new knowledge.
