A next generation Aviation client specialising in the electrification of Commercial and Miltitary Aircrafts are actively seeking talented professionals to join to help next generation development.

They are currently on the lookout for a Electrical specialised Technician to help the R&D team with harness and cabling modifications.

This position will be a 3 month Contract, Outside IR35, and will be onsite in Bristol.

Responsibilities of Technician Position

Due to the team being small and specialised, you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, therefore having industry experience in the past is necessary.

As the position is also working in the Aviation sector, the components of the project will need to meet various standards. Having experience within the EV, Automotive or Aviation industry is also a plus.

Main Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry (or equivalent)
  • Harness Design, Modification and Assembly
  • Installation experience
  • Wiring Looms, Cabling etc. experience
  • Experience working to MIL Standards

My client also acknowledge experience in other areas of Mechanical and Electrical design, especially working within Aviation or EV sector.
